Repair FAQ
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 2–5 business days of us receiving your console, not counting shipping time. Motherboard-level repairs can take longer — we'll always give you an estimated timeline with your quote.
Do you work on both the PCH-1000 and PCH-2000 models?
Yes. We repair the original PS Vita (PCH-1000, OLED screen), the PS Vita Slim (PCH-2000, LCD screen), and the PlayStation TV (VTE-1000).
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Every repair is backed by a 90-day warranty covering the part and labor for that specific repair.
What if you can't fix my Vita?
If we're unable to complete a repair, you'll only be charged a small diagnostic fee (waived if you decide not to proceed after seeing your quote) — never the full repair cost.
How do I get started?
